A look back at the 2022 Twin Cities housing market and what’s in store for 2023

SPAAR, MAR and MNR held their annual joint Twin Cities housing market news conference on January 18 at the North Regional Hennepin County Library in which 2023 Presidents Brianne Lawrence, Jerry Moscowitz and Emily Green presented.

Media in attendance included TV stations FOX, KARE, KSTP and WCCO along with a cable TV station and print publications Twin Cities Business Monthly and Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

Other media that were unable to attend but also ran stories about the housing market include radio stations MPR and WCCO-AM and publications Finance & Commerce, Pioneer Press, Star Tribune and Bring Me The News. Some of the publications are only accessible via subscription.
