2022 State of Hispanic Homeownership Report

The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) recently released the 2022 State of Hispanic Homeownership Report.

The State of Hispanic Homeownership Report®️ is a publication of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®️. The report is an industry benchmark that brings together a broad cross-section of data and research from within and outside of the housing industry.

 

The report provides an analysis of how the U.S. Hispanic population is faring with respect to attainment of homeownership in America. The report highlights Hispanic consumer nuances, purchasing power and trends and provides insight into major factors that contributed to the story of Hispanic homeownership in the U.S. over the past year.

 

NAHREP’s Twin Cities Chapter will install new leadership at the chapter’s 2023 Gala on March 30.  SPAAR Member Adriana Martinez will serve as the chapter’s 2023 President of the Board of Directors.  Adriana currently leads SPAAR’s Committee for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.  Congratulations, Adriana!
