For over 7 years, the committee has organized the Dresser Build community service event. Pack The Bus
Every year the committee hosts a Pack the Bus, a backpack drive held during the summer to fill backpacks with supplies for children going back to school. The committee partners with local organizations for the distribution of the backpacks.

SPAAR Hero was designed to recognize SPAAR members who give back and volunteer. Those who are named SPAAR Hero receive $200 for their organizations they volunteer with or run.rnrnMembers of SPAAR’s Communications Committee interview and write the SPAAR Hero articles.
