SPAAR Cares deeply about the health, safety and protection of SPAAR members and staff. Therefore, both SPAAR offices are closed to members through March 31, 2020. Member assistance and contact-less pickup is available by calling or emailing SPAAR.
All SPAAR staff will be equipped to work remotely by computer and phone during the hours from 8:30am to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday.
SPAAR staff will continue to support members in a way that is safe and doesn’t involve person-to-person contact. The office doors will be locked with signs to direct members and delivery people to use online or phone access to contact staff. SPAAR staff will use the office’s vestibule to provide tangibles such as lockboxes and sign riders to members, and also to receive mail and packages.
All applications and forms will be received electronically only, and payments will be welcome electronically or by phone. Staff will monitor and respond to inquiries via email at spaar@spaar.com and phone calls to (651) 776-6000.
Members should continue to expect regular communication from staff as well as necessary updates. In addition, SPAAR will be providing updates about events and education sessions beyond April 3 as well as helpful member resources.
Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time.
