New Class Seeks to Inform REALTORS® on Non-Interest Bearing Mortgages

There are many prospective homebuyers seek non-interest bearing transactions, in compliance with cultural, religious or personal beliefs and traditions. Because of this, SPAAR is offering a course called Islamic Financing Presentation, with the goal to inform REALTORS® on how they can better serve clients looking for non-interest bearing transactions.

The course is taught by Shoeb Sharieff who works with for the nonprofit ijara Community Development Corporation in Michigan, and it will cover how can you assist clients seeking these resources and how do non-interest bearing mortgages impact transactions.

The Islamic Financing class will be held on March 28, 2019 from 1-3:30 pm, and it has been approved for 2.25 hours CE credit.
