Grow your expertise with SPAAR’s REALTOR® Success Academy

SPAAR is kicking off a new four-part professional development path for Better Agents.

SPAAR - 01/24/2021

"I've just completed SPAAR New Member Orientation...now what?" was a common question new members looking for that next learning opportunity would ask. We're pleased to report there is a lot in store for 2021!

SPAAR is kicking off a new four-part professional development path for Better Agents. This path is designed to guide you through four distinct programs that build upon each other to help shape the future success of your REALTOR® career. They give you the understanding of your purpose and value in the real estate industry.

The Path
The program recognizes SPAAR's two-day new member orientation as members' first opportunity to "Unlock Your Membership." Following it is a YPN-sponsored Real Estate Fundamentals packed with CE classes and other information useful for your real estate career.

Next, "Enhancing Professionalism" takes a look at refining communication skills and making sure your business practices align with fair housing practices.

The last module, Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), is the self-paced, customized NAR program that you can complete at any time.

Whether you complete the journey in months or years, at completion of the REALTOR® SUCCESS ACADEMY, you will have gained a better understanding of REALTOR® association membership, benefits, tools of the business, resources for success, and your true value proposition as a REALTOR® when working for and with clients and consumers.

SPAAR offers all four programs for FREE (a value of more than $200) as a member benefit. Some of the path programs provide free continuing education credits. Watch SPAAR's Education & Events Newsletter for more information about program dates for 2021.
