Established in 1886, the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR) is committed to preserving and protecting property rights; serving as a resource to its members and the public; and elevating the professional image of REALTORS®.
For Our Members. The Association serves as a resource to its members, providing professional and personal growth opportunities through business affinity programs and association Board and committee positions.
SPAAR also provides a number of member benefits, from market information and statistics to MLS support and REALTOR® Care - an inexpensive wellness program for members and their family offered exclusively from SPAAR.
Serving the Public. The Association serves the public by helping consumers find trusted advisors in the real estate industry - from licensed, professional REALTORS® to home inspectors, mortgage brokers and more.
SPAAR offers the consumer helpful tips in multiple languages, such as how to choose a REALTOR®, and services such as dispute resolution to insure professionalism in its members.
The Association also believes that homeownership builds healthy communities and supports these efforts by annually awarding grants to housing-related charities in Saint Paul and by partnering with housing-related non-profits to educate the consumer on the home buying process.
